For purchases made within our mobile applications on Google Play Store or Apple App Store: • **Platform Billing:** All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store Billing. • **Refund Requests:** Refund requests for in-app items must be submitted directly through the respective app store (Google Play Refund Policy or Apple Media Services Terms). • **Subscription Cancellations:** You can cancel your subscription at any time via your device's App Store / Play Store Account Settings under "Subscriptions". Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
For custom web design, mobile app development, banner design, and software consulting services: • **Milestone Payments:** Project fees paid for completed milestones or approved design phases are non-refundable. • **Project Cancellation:** If a client cancels a project before work begins, a full refund minus administrative expenses will be issued within 7 business days. • **Service Delivery:** If work has commenced, refunds will be calculated pro-rata based on work completed up to the date of written cancellation.
For ad management retainer services: • **Ad Spend:** Ad spend budget paid directly to Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms is strictly subject to the respective advertising platform's refund policies. • **Agency Management Fees:** Management fees are charged monthly in advance. Cancellation requires 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
