By downloading, installing, or accessing Ration Suchi (Package Name: dev.a0.apps.rationsuchi890), published by mveer labs (Owner: Manpreet singh / Mveer pvt ltd), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Ration Suchi is a smart mobile application designed to help users create and manage grocery shopping lists, view market price estimates, access culinary guidance via an AI Voice Chef, and export grocery summaries for personal household organization.

3. Use License & User Obligations

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use Ration Suchi on your Android device for personal use. You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or tamper with any portion of the application source code.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local regulations.
• Attempt to block, modify, or interfere with advertisements displayed within the app.

4. Market Price Estimates & AI Disclaimer

Ration Suchi incorporates automated price estimation and AI recipe generation features (via Google Gemini):

• Price Estimates: Market price ranges provided in the app are indicative estimates meant for household planning only. Actual prices at local markets or retail stores may vary.
• Recipe Guidance: Recipe instructions and cooking tips are provided for general educational purposes. Users should exercise personal care regarding food allergies, dietary needs, and kitchen safety.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, branding, code, graphic assets, and custom features associated with Ration Suchi are the exclusive intellectual property of mveer labs and Manpreet singh. Third-party logos or food icons belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Ads & Content

The app displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. Any interaction with third-party advertisers or external links is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Ration Suchi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall mveer labs or Manpreet singh be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of Ration Suchi after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
