By downloading, installing, or using the PixShrink application ("App") provided by Sky Touch Media ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

PixShrink is PixShrink is a high-performance utility application designed to compress image file sizes by up to 80% without quality loss, compile images into premium PDFs, and manage passport photos. The App is provided by Sky Touch Media, a partnership firm registered in Sirhind, Punjab, India. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

By using this App, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation

• You will not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

If the App requires account registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• Use the App for any illegal or harmful activities

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App

• Impersonate any person or entity

All content, features, and functionality of the PixShrink App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Sky Touch Media and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our explicit written permission.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned by Sky Touch Media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SKY TOUCH MEDIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKY TOUCH MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store

• Prices are subject to change with notice

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the App, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, India.
