By downloading, installing, or using the FitNaari application ("App") provided by Sky Touch Media ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

FitNaari is FitNaari is a hybrid wellness companion combining simple workout libraries, step tracking, calorie counting, and custom goals with a lightweight structure built for all devices. The App is provided by Sky Touch Media, a partnership firm registered in Sirhind, Punjab, India. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

By using this App, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation

• You will not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

If the App requires account registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• Use the App for any illegal or harmful activities

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks

All content, features, and functionality of the FitNaari App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Sky Touch Media and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
