Sky Touch Media ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FitNaari mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

The FitNaari App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at care.fitnaari@stmlabs.net and we will take steps to remove that information.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

You can request deletion of all your personal data associated with your account by:

• Emailing us at care.fitnaari@stmlabs.net with subject "Data Deletion Request – FitNaari"

• Deleting the App from your device (locally stored data will be removed automatically)

We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

The App itself does not use cookies. However, our web presence (stmlabs.net) may use cookies for analytics and functionality. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly as a result.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
